Letting go
In order to move forward, we have to let go of those things that are holding us back. This can be hard. We can become attached to the familiar, even when those things no longer serve us. To break thought patterns that are no longer helpful and let them go, Laura Reilly will show you how through a visualisation meditation and powerful positive affirmations - let’s break the cycle!
You will leave the online class with the Little Tweaks that you can practice at home to encourage the positive self-talk that will have you feeling uplifted and mentally stronger!
Discovering your magic
Beginning with celebrating acts of kindness and connection, you will be taken through on a visualisation journey that guides you towards your positive self-identity. This online meditation practice will activate neural pathways through the creation of mental images, releasing serotonin and enhancing motivation and self-esteem. You will be transported to the most incredible landscapes guided by Mindfulness Coach Laura Reilly and painted by your imagination. Trust the process and you will reach your happy place.
Creating self-compassion
This session teaches you how to practise self-compassion, by learning to treat yourself with the same care and kindness as you would a loved one. Starting with a self-reflection meditation, celebrating how far you’ve come in life, we learn the language of self-love. Little Tweaks Growth Mindset Sentence Stems and Power Words will guide you through this session step by step. You will learn the power of language in a space without judgement, encouraged to celebrate your successes and comfortably sit in that feeling with confidence.
Standing together
A class to help you recognise that you are not alone. This session is about inviting opportunity into your world using a simple technique of sense foraging to heighten your ability to listen and notice. On our own we can step forward, but together, we can set the world alight! In the words of Helen Keller, ‘Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.’ In order to reach others, truly connect and join together, we need to be able to listen, mindfully and without judgement. Meditation is a way of reaching this. Mindful listening and sense foraging is a highly accessible tool that you can take away from this class and use whenever and wherever you choose to connect with your authentic self and be in the moment.
Writing to heal, one line at a time
With the 60-80 thousand thoughts we have swirling around our mind each day, journal writing is an effective way to literally take the weight off your mind, enabling you to make a shift and feel lighter in a short amount of time. If you’ve ever worried that maybe journal writing is not for you, now’s the time to let those thoughts go. You sure can journal and receive wonderful benefits from it. Journalling is a place where you get to give yourself permission to not be so perfect. You don’t ever have to reread your journal entries (by all means, go for it if you want, but honestly, I rarely feel the need). This class will reassure you that you are a journal writer, and enable you to let go, and be free to be you. When you journal with Little Tweaks, Laura will make it easy to express yourself, however you’re feeling, from those stressful, uncomfortable, emotional moments to feeling high on life and everything in between. Journalling is the most private form of writing. It’s an important uninterrupted conversation, where the person who is listening is you. This session will make sure you are free to write in an open, honest and candid way - it’s for your eyes only.
