About the retreat
A programme of mindfulness and healthy eating in a tranquil and luxury Scottish Highland hideaway, Creag na h-iolaire, that will help you reconnect with nature and yourself. You will enjoy meditation, alongside breathwork, journaling and a mindful nature walk to relax and unwind.
The menu, designed by our mindful chef, will offer a balance of nutritious, locally sourced meals for lunch and dinner and a selection of our favourite natural juices and wines.
You will leave our retreat feeling stronger, calmer, relaxed, refreshed and recharged.

The venue
Creag na h-iolaire (Scot’s Gaelic for: rock of the eagle, or the eyrie) is overlooking beautiful Loch Shieldaig. Uninterrupted views take in Loch Torridon to the north-west and the Torridon mountains to the north-east.
The house was designed by award winning architects Dualchas of the Isle of Skye. Created for guests to experience the wildness of the Highlands, whilst relaxing with complete comfort and warmth within this unique modern venue. The open plan space offers unparalleled sanctuary with astonishing views; breathe in the great outdoors, whilst gazing at the mountains and out to sea, observe the plentiful wildlife of the loch and surrounds, as you take your mindful walk - finding your calm within the setting.
If you are seeking solace, Creag na h-iolaire will provide a unique haven for relaxation and recovery through mindfulness.
You will walk away with it’s tranquility inside you.

Morning
9.30am Arrive - Welcome juices and Mindfulness Talk
9.45am Meditation and breathwork suitable for all levels, including beginners
10.30am Write to heal and sensory foraging with NEOM
11am Dream Big workshop - manifest your future with us
11.30am Mindful walk or rest at the firepit or by the lake with our carefully selected mindful library
12pm Nourishing plant based feast with snacks, juices and natural wines
